The tastiest road show in Emilia-Romagna is back. It does so for the sixteenth consecutive year. Tramonto DiVino sets up the nights on the Riviera and in the cities with the best of Emilia-Romagna food and wine served safely at the table at sunset. There are seven dates for the tour, starting in Romagna and landing in Emilia.
Cesenatico will host the stage of Tramonto DiVino on Friday 6 August in Piazza Spose dei Marinai.
The format includes a dinner-tasting, with limited places and online booking. No longer the classic free tasting standing at the tasting counters, with the risk of gatherings, but a dinner served, all seated. The protagonists are the certified products put on the table by the partner consortia, combined with the great variety of regional wines served and told by the sommeliers of Ais Emilia and to eat ”fresh off the press. And to enhance the products even more, confirmed is the partnership with the chefs of the CheftoChef Association, called to the piazzas of Tramonto DiVino to cook the Emilia-Romagna culinary tradition ‘on sight’. Leading the evenings will be Daniele De Leo, expert in the dissemination and animation of typical products.
After the ‘appetizers’, based on regional PDO and PGI products, off to the chef with three recipes elaborated and told live together with a regular guest, Carla Brigliadori, head of the CasArtusi Cooking School and well-known face of the Rai Geo broadcast .
On 6 August in Cesenatico the seafood cuisine of the starred chef Alberto Faccani (2 Michelin stars at Magnoliar Restaurant) will be the protagonist
