The BAIARDI tavern was born from the passion and love for cooking of its owner Gioele Perrucci. Gioele has had extensive experience as a fishmonger for a well-known local fish market and has always defined himself as a chef for friends. The restaurant's cuisine was created to enhance the flavors of local fish through high-quality ingredients and products.
