3 gastronomic festivals dedicated to fish

Thinking of the Romagna Riviera, particularly Cesenatico, the tradition of culinary cuisine dedicated to fish immediately comes to mind for everyone. 1. Blue as Fish

2. The Fishermen's Rustida
   On the evening of August 14th on the Canal Port, it's the turn of the Fishermen's Rustida: the sailors of Cesenatico light their grills (rustide) to cook all the specialties caught from the waters of the Adriatic Sea. Particularly on this occasion, which takes place in mid-summer, it will be interesting, fun, and tasty to discover not only local dishes but also to eat all together with the locals at long tables prepared for the occasion.
3. Fish Celebrates
   In Autumn in Cesenatico, the watchword is "Fish Celebrates": the last opportunity after summer to gather in the city streets and celebrate before winter. So, for the All Saints' Day weekend, the city is immersed in all the aromas of indigenous fish-themed cuisine.
   The festival is part of the extensive program of events of "The Sea Festival," where the local fishing tradition and all typical local products are celebrated. Also during this event, there will be no shortage of fish-based gastronomic stands along the Canal Port, restaurants where you can taste the chef's latest idea aboard a motorboat, and a very large street fair through the city center, full of culinary items, but also crafts and much more.
