BLUE AS THE FISH

Cesenatico is preparing to host a new edition of “Azzurro come il Pesce”, the traditional spring gastronomic festival celebrating bluefish and local seafood cuisine. The event will take place from Thursday, April 23 to Sunday, April 26, 2026, enlivening the historic center and the canal port with aromas, flavors, and conviviality.

The festival will kick off with dinner on Thursday, April 23 and conclude with dinner on Sunday, April 26. Exceptionally, on Friday, April 24, the food stands will be open for both lunch and dinner, offering an additional opportunity to taste fresh fish specialties.

The absolute protagonists will be the dishes of the Romagna maritime tradition, prepared with Adriatic catch: simple and authentic recipes that tell the story and identity of Cesenatico. An event that combines gastronomy, territory, and sea culture, designed for residents, tourists, and good food enthusiasts.
