Every Thursday a special event awaits you with the authentic flavors of our land: the Romagnola Evening by Pasini Hotels.

A themed dinner designed to let you experience true local cuisine, starting with a rich appetizer buffet featuring typical cured meats, ham, fresh cheeses like squacquerone, and the unmissable Romagnola piadina, accompanied by many other local specialties.

The evening continues with a traditional first course, prepared according to old recipes, followed by a tasty meat second course with side dishes.

And to finish on a sweet note, the classic Romagnola ciambella (doughnut/cake) cannot be missed, served with sweet Albana wine, to be enjoyed just as tradition dictates… for dipping, like biscuits.
