Marco Pantani, one of the most known and famous Italian cyclists of all time, left an indelible mark on the sporting world.
The champion is certainly a point of reference for the many cyclists who every year cycle through Cesenatico, his hometown, treading the same paths on which Marco learned to ride a bicycle. Here is an itinerary that follows in the footsteps of the “Pirate” if, as a Pantani fan, you wish to get to know him better or if you are curious to discover a more unusual side of Cesenatico: its history linked to cycling.

A multimedia museum that was created thanks to the Pantani Family, the Municipality of Cesenatico, and the Marco Pantani Foundation. A touching moment of farewell that warms everyone's heart. - Family Piadineria
A small final curiosity: in Via Torino, you can find the piadineria that was once directly managed by the Pantani family, now in the hands of other owners.
